When you send an enquiry or request a quotation we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country and the information you give about your operation and the equipment you are interested in. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep that conversation.
Your enquiry list and comparison selections are stored only in your own browser and are not sent to us until you submit a form.
Why we use it
We use your information only to answer your enquiry, prepare and follow up on quotations, and supply and support equipment you order. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing by others.
Who we share it with
We share information only where needed to serve you, for example with freight and logistics partners for delivery, and with the service providers that host this website, deliver our form submissions and run our email. These providers are required to keep your information secure.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and quotation records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements, and then delete them.
How we protect it
This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to enquiry records is limited to our team.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Payments and banking details
We never ask for payment through this website. If you receive banking details that claim to be from TUNOTEX, or a message saying our banking details have changed, phone us on +27 69 545 1616 to confirm before making any payment.
